Dear Parents,

Thank you for considering Tamir Nahor's business for your child's after school activity. At Tamir Nahor's business, we are dedicated to providing a safe and enriching environment for all of our participants. In order to ensure that everyone has a positive experience, we ask that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Participation in Tamir Nahor's business activities is voluntary. By enrolling your child in our program, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with participation in the activities offered by Tamir Nahor's business and agree to assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of such participation. Tamir Nahor's business is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of any unrelated risks present during classes, including but not limited to common injuries such as slips or collisions with other children. Tamir Nahor's business is only responsible for the instructed activities that take place during the class itself and not for any activities that may occur before or after the class. 

  2. Parents are required to stay present during the activity and are not permitted to leave the premises. Parents are also responsible for ensuring that their child arrives at Tamir Nahor's business on time and is picked up on time at the end of the activity. Tamir Nahor's business is not responsible for children who are not picked up on time.

  3. Parents must provide Tamir Nahor's business with accurate and up-to-date relevant medical information for their child.

  4. Tamir Nahor's business reserves the right to dismiss a customer from the program for behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the group or to the instructor.

  5. Tamir Nahor's business takes steps to ensure the safety and well-being of all children participating in the program. This may include supervision, first aid procedures, and other safety protocols. It is the responsibility of the present guardian to ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times. If the child does not follow the instructions of the instructor or engages in activities that may be deemed dangerous, the present guardian must accompany the child and make sure that the child does not engage in such activities. Tamir Nahor's business is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of the child engaging in dangerous activities or not following the instructions of the instructor.

  6. Tamir Nahor's business reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, activities, and policies at any time.

  7. Membership in Tamir Nahor's business is on a monthly basis, with payments due at the beginning of each month. Membership fees are non-refundable, except in the case of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances as determined by Tamir Nahor's business. If a child decides not to participate in the program, there will be no refund. However, any remaining paid classes may be used within 6 months of cancellation. Payments will be charged automatically to the payment method on file. If you wish to cancel your recurring payment, you must do so by the 20th day of the same month. If you cancel after the 20th day, you will be charged for the following month.

  8. If an outdoor activity is canceled with a given WhatsApp and Boostapp notification, the payment for the class will be deducted from the next recurring payment. If the client wishes to cancel membership in the midst of such a scenario, there will be no refund. Tamir Nahor’s business reserves the right to cancel classes with a 2 hour notice due to weather conditions, instructor absence circumstances and more.

  9. Parents may only cancel a class from the app up to 48 hours prior to the start of the class without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full class fee.

  10. In the event that you desire to cancel a class in a timely manner due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, you can reserve a different class in the same week free of charge. Or, you can have the payment for the class to be deducted from the next recurring payment given you write a valid reason in the official contact form on our website: tamirnahor.com/contact. Without providing a valid reason, there will be no deduction. If you wish to cancel your membership in the midst of such a scenario, there will be no refund. If you cancel a class within 48 hours of the start time without providing any reason or no-show, no deduction will be applied.

  11. Cancellation is done solely on the official form that can be found on our website: tamirnahor.com/contact. To request a cancellation in any other channel will not be considered an appropriate cancellation notice.

  12. All communications between Tamir Nahor's business and parents will be made through the official WhatsApp number: +972586210995 or the contact form on our website tamirnahor.com/contact. Tamir Nahor's business is not responsible for any issues or misunderstandings that may arise from communication through unofficial channels.

  13. Tamir Nahor's business values prompt communication with our clients. We will make every effort to respond to communications through our official WhatsApp channel as soon as possible. However, due to the possibility of a high volume of requests, it may take up to 5 working days to receive a response. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

  14. Classes at Tamir Nahor's business are taught by professional instructors, and not necessarily Tamir Nahor himself.

  15. All classes at Tamir Nahor's business are filmed for quality and training purposes as well as publication. As a parent, you have the option to choose the level of privacy for your child: blur face, after approval, or agree to publish. If not specified otherwise, all children will be blurred upon publication.

  16. If you have any concerns or complaints about Tamir Nahor's business, please contact us through the official WhatsApp number to discuss and we will work to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner.

  17. Requests for refunds due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by Tamir Nahor's business. The common solution is a subtraction of future payment. Tamir Nahor’s Business has the right to prevent unjustified refunds in such a manner.

  18. Medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances that may allow for a refund or deduction of membership fees include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) hospitalization or serious illness of the child; (2) hospitalization or serious illness of a parent or guardian; (3) sudden and unexpected family emergency; (4) natural disaster or other unforeseen event that prevents the child from participating in the program. Any request for a refund due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances must be made in the official WhatsApp number +972586210995 and must be accompanied by supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, etc.). Requests for refunds or deduction of payments due to medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of Tamir Nahor's business.

  19. Classes at Tamir Nahor's business are non-transferable and may not be used by another customer nor siblings.

  20. Tamir Nahor's business will handle personal data and information collected from parents and children in accordance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.

  21. Any disputes that may arise between Tamir Nahor's business and parents or guardians will be resolved through good faith negotiation and mediation. If an agreement cannot be reached, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels.

  22. Tamir Nahor's business reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents and guardians in a timely manner, and continued use of the program by parents and guardians will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

  24. Parents, guardians, siblings, or any other companions present during classes are not permitted to engage in any activities that are deemed too dangerous or require the expertise of professional instructors. Any such activities must be supervised and carried out by professional instructors only. Tamir Nahor's business is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of parents, guardians, siblings, or any other companions engaging in dangerous activities during classes. Tamir Nahor's business is also not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur to any other individuals present during classes.

  25. By enrolling your child in Tamir Nahor's business, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.

The Parent Club by Tamir Nahor’s business

Thank you for choosing Tamir Nahor's business. We are excited to announce a new part of our business, The Parent Club, an online parent community that connects parents with each other and with Tamir Nahor's business.

The Parent Club is a monthly subscription-based service that allows parents to access a range of resources and benefits, including access to exclusive events, discounts on future activities, and access to an online community where parents can connect and share ideas. The fee for membership in The Parent Club is due at the initial purchase day and is non-refundable.

To cancel your membership in The Parent Club, you must do so at least 7 days before the recurring payment day for the following month. If you cancel afterwards, you will be charged for the following month and can access it for the same month. Cancellation is done in the official form that can be found on our website: tamirnahor.com/contact. To request a cancellation in any other channel will not be considered an appropriate cancellation notice.

By joining The Parent Club, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Tamir Nahor's business. Tamir Nahor's business reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, activities, and policies at any time.

As a member of The Parent Club, you will have access to a private online community where you can connect with other parents and with Tamir Nahor's business.
